My stay was ruined by the poor conditions of the room. There were dirty bed sheets with stains and filthy towels. The toilet carpet was sticky and covered in dirt. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe during my entire stay.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We visited some great spots nearby and enjoyed the lovely breakfast. The service was friendly, and everything was convenient for our stay. The Wi-Fi was good, and we were within easy reach of the tram system for getting around effortlessly.
